ARTICLE I. IN GENERAL

Sec. 15-1. Scope.

Sec. 15-2. Supervisor of public utilities.

   In accordance with the provisions of section 40 of the City Charter, the City Manager is appointed as the supervisor of public utilities and shall have the responsibility subject to City Council approval, to engage all rate consultants, accountants, auditors, engineers or any combination thereof as may be necessary to administer this chapter.
