| 1 | Editor's Note: Ord. No. O-94-68, adopted 10-5-94, repealed Chapter 13, "Food and Food Establishments," in its entirety due to the creation of the Smith County Public Health District and the Cooperative Agreement on 9-13-93, it was determined that ll such regulations would be enforced by the District as provided by State law (Health and Safety Code, Chapter 437) and as a result of an order of the Smith County Public Health District adopted 9-22-94, that specifically regulates food establishments and that the provisions of City Code chapter 13 were no longer necessary. |
