925.01. Introductory clause.

(a) All sections in this chapter shall be construed to relate to all other chapters in this Title Three.

(b) Whenever the context of this Title Three requires, the masculine gender includes the feminine or neuter and the singular includes the plural.

(c) The titles of the chapters and sections of this Title Three are solely for convenience and not an aid in the interpretation of this Title Three.
