1513.99. Penalty.

(a) No person, firm, partnership or corporation shall fail to comply with the requirements of Sections 1513.03, 1513.04, Section 1513.09(d) and (e) and Section 1513.11.

(b) Whoever violates subsection (a) hereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree as defined by Toledo Municipal Code Section 501.99 and each day such violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
