(a) All information not covered by Section 1513.09 provided to the City pursuant to this chapter or obtained by the City pursuant to Section 1513.04 shall be obtained upon request by the general public and be made available during the City's normal business hours at a location designated by the Environmental Services Division. Copies will be provided at a reasonable cost to be determined by the City.
(b) Notwithstanding subsection (a) above, the physical location of a regulated substance at a facility will not be disclosed to the general public.
