1513.06. Enforcement authority.

The Director of the Department of Fire and Rescue, the Chief of the Fire Prevention Bureau, or his/her designee is authorized to issue written orders to require compliance with provisions of this chapter and may issue written citations for failure to comply with such orders. Violations of any orders of the Chief, Division of Fire, shall constitute a third degree misdemeanor.
