§ 90.007 OBSTRUCTION BY BUSINESSES OR BUSINESS ACTIVITIES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct or occupy any street or sidewalk with any bootblack stand, booth, display case or other frame structure for the purpose of displaying any merchandise or carrying on any business or occupation or to allow any boxes or merchandise to remain on any sidewalk so as to obstruct the free passage thereof.

§ 90.008 PERMIT FOR PLACING MATERIALS ON STREET OR SIDEWALK.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to place any materials, boxes or other objects whatsoever in or upon any street, alley or sidewalk in the city without first obtaining the written permission of the Building Official.
   (B)   If written permission is obtained, then it shall be unlawful to remove the material so placed without first obtaining the written permission of the Building Official to remove the material.

§ 90.009 DRIVING ACROSS OR OBSTRUCTING DITCHES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive, or cause to be driven, any automobile, horses, cattle, sheep, hogs or other animals across any ditch at any place, except the regular bridges across the ditch, or in any way to impede the free flow of water through the ditch.

§ 90.010 INTERFERENCE WITH OR OBSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with or obstruct any public improvements authorized by the City Commission, the Mayor or the Director of Public Works by means of threats, coercion, duress or any other method whatsoever, either directly or indirectly.

§ 90.011 GENERAL STANDARDS FOR WORK; CLEANING OF PREMISES AFTER COMPLETION OF WORK.
   All work done or performed under the provisions of this chapter shall be done or performed in a good, workmanlike manner. The work shall not be accepted or approved by the city until the premises thereof have been cleaned and cleared of all debris, trash and rubbish which may have accumulated during the work.
