17-115: PROCEDURE FOR GOVERNING BOARD TO FIX FUTURE UTILITY RATES:
The mayor and city council, acting either as the governing board of the city or as trustees of the Stroud utilities authority, may establish future rates for utility services by ordinance, motion or resolution, as the case may be. (2000 Code § 17-115)
