17-111: TAMPERING WITH METERS UNLAWFUL:
The tampering with water or electrical meters or meter boxes of the city, or the placing of any bypass connection on or around the meters, or the use of any other device tending to interfere with the proper registration of same is unlawful. (2000 Code § 17-111)
