17-108: DAMAGING EQUIPMENT:

It is unlawful and an offense for any person to destroy or injure any water pipe, hydrant, faucet, electric light wire, pole, transformer, or other electrical, sewer or water equipment erected or placed by or belonging to the city. (2000 Code § 17-108)
