16-211: PENALTY:
Any person, firm or corporation who violates any of the provisions or sections of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an offense against the city and, upon conviction or a plea of guilty thereof, shall be fined as provided in section 1-108 of this code. (2000 Code § 16-211)
