16-206: OPERATION OF TAXI WHILE INTOXICATED PROHIBITED:

No person shall be permitted to operate a taxicab while under the influence of intoxicating liquors, and for this purpose, the drinking of any alcoholic beverage in any amount, shall be construed and considered enough to make such driver under the influence of intoxicating drink. (2000 Code § 16-206)
