16-106: PENALTY:

Any person, firm or corporation who shall perform any unlawful act as defined by any provision of this chapter, or who shall otherwise violate any provision of this chapter, shall be guilty of misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined as provided in section 1-108 of this code. (2000 Code § 16-106)
