12-201: ZONING ORDINANCE ADOPTED:
   A.   An amended zoning ordinance is hereby adopted for the city, which establishes zoning districts for the properties within the incorporated limits of the city, and establishes an official zoning map; prescribes limitations on land use; prescribes the different types of uses permitted in the different districts established, including agricultural districts, residential districts, commercial districts, industrial districts and floodplain districts; prescribing uses to which lands within districts can be utilized; setting forth requirements, standards and designs for off street parking; containing regulations on nonconforming structures and uses; providing for the enforcement of this ordinance; requiring application for zoning clearing permit and setting forth the fees to be paid for obtaining such permits; establishing a board of adjustment and prescribing the powers and proceedings before the board; prescribing the method of making zoning amendments; and defining certain terms used in such amended zoning ordinance.
   B.   Subsection A of this section contains a condensed gist or summary of the contents of the city of Stroud amended zoning ordinance, ordinance 105. At least three (3) copies of such ordinance are on file in the office of the city clerk at city hall, and are available for public use, inspection and examination. (2000 Code § 12-201)
