11-103: SIGNS, BILLS, PROHIBITED IN PARK:

No person, firm or corporation shall erect any signs, or post or maintain any bills, posters or notices upon any building, tree, fence or other object in the City Park. This section shall not prohibit any person, firm or corporation from painting or displaying his name upon any bench or seat furnished by him for the convenience of the public. (2000 Code § 11-103)
