10-210: THROWING ADVERTISING ON STREET PROHIBITED:

It is unlawful for any person to throw, leave or deposit, or cause to be thrown, left or deposited, upon any street, alley, sidewalk, or other public area, any handbill, circular or other advertising matter. (2000 Code § 10-210)
