9-102: EX-SERVICEPERSON:
Nothing in this chapter or in other ordinances of the city shall be deemed to require ex-servicepersons to secure a license or pay a license fee for engaging in a business, occupation or privilege when he is exempted therefrom by 72 Oklahoma Statutes sections 1 through 6, or other provisions of state law. (2000 Code § 9-102)
