8-103: APPOINTMENT OF NEIGHBORHOOD ENHANCEMENT DIRECTOR:
In order to assist in the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter, the city manager is authorized to appoint a director of neighborhood enhancement to assist him in the enforcement of this chapter, and such person, when appointed, shall have all of the powers necessary to enforce this chapter. (2000 Code § 8-103)
