This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the CITY OF STROUD SALES TAX ORDINANCE.
Ord. 45, eff. 7-1-1970, levied a first $0.01 tax.
Ord. 80, election held 5-18-1976, eff. 7-1-1976, levied an additional $0.01 tax for the hospital authority.
Ord. 104, eff. 1-1-1981, levied another $0.01 for utilities authority purposes.
Ord. 122, 6-10-1985, amended the purposes of the levies.
Ord. 157, 3-4-1993, amended the purposes of the levies.
Ord. 171, 10-2-1997, levied an additional $0.01 tax for a 5 year period. (2000 Code § 7-201)
