A. Each liquefied petroleum gas storage site in the city shall conform to the National Fire Protection Association pamphlet no. 58 (NFPA-58), and any additional state or federal regulations in effect at the time of application for a liquefied petroleum gas permit.
B. Each liquefied petroleum gas storage site in the city shall also conform to the noted additional requirements of this chapter for the various zoning districts and it shall be expressly understood that these requirements may be more stringent than those provided for by NFPA-58, or any other applicable state or federal legislation.
C. It shall also be expressly understood that no permit issued by the authority of this chapter shall be in conflict with existing setback regulations as provided for in the city zoning ordinance. (2000 Code § 5-501)
