   A.   The following sections are hereby revised as follows:

      1.   Insert: The city of Stroud;

      2.   Insert: August 1, 1982;

      3.   Insert: "as provided in the city's code of ordinances";

      4.   Insert: "offense and punished as provided in section 1-108 of the city's code of ordinances";

      5.   Insert: "fine as provided in section 1-108 of ordinances";

      6.   Insert: "a distance in feet as determined by the city manager"; and

      7.   Insert "a depth in feet as determined by the city manager".
