A. The following sections of the BOCA National Building Code are hereby revised:
1. Insert: City of Stroud;
2. Insert: "The fee schedule shall be in accordance with the provisions of the city code, or as may be set or amended by motion or resolution";
3. Insert: "Offense, punishable by fine and imprisonment as provided in section 1-108 of the city code of ordinances";
4. Insert: "fine as provided in section 1-108 of the city code of ordinances";
5. Insert: "as set by the city council or city manager";
6. Insert: "the boundaries of the fire limits as provided in the city code of ordinances";
7. Insert: "a number of feet to be determined by the city manager" in both locations; and
8. Insert: "amount as set by the city council".
