(a) Accessory Uses and Structures. Regulations governing accessory uses and structures, including porches, walls, and fences, shall conform to those set forth in Chapter 722
of this Zoning Code, expect otherwise noted below.
(b) Setbacks. Accessory buildings located in the rear yard shall be set back at least ten feet from the principal building and three feet from any property line, unless it is a private garage as permitted under Section 772.06
for each zoning lot.
