§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates any provisions of § 150.08 shall be fined not less than $50, nor more than $200 per day for each day upon which a violation occurs.
   (C)   Each violation of §§ 150.20 to 150.28 shall be punishable by a fine against the owner or operator of not less than $750 with each day upon which a violation occurs or continues to be viewed as a separate violation. Additionally, the village may defer acting on the request for any type of license or permit, or renewal thereof, until such time as the situation giving rise to a violation is resolved.
