§ 150.23 ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR HOTELS AND MOTELS.
   The owners and operators of hotels or motels shall provide the following:
   (A)   Provision for the registration of all guests, with such registration to include at least the name and permanent address of each guest. Registration records shall be made available immediately to police or fire officials in the event of an emergency at such hotel or motel. Additionally, all guest registrations shall be made at a central desk;
   (B)   The central registration desk shall be staffed by a clerk 24 hours a day. Having a desk clerk available within the building to respond when called to the desk shall be deemed sufficient compliance with this requirement;
   (C)   Each room shall be directly connected to the central registration desk by telephone; and
   (D)   Soiled linen in each room shall be replaced whenever a guest terminates a stay at such hotel or motel or at least daily.
