(A) Parking of mobile homes prohibited.
(1) No mobile home shall be parked on any street, alley, or lot within the town for a period in excess of two hours, except in the zones where authorized by the zoning title of this code, as amended.
(2) Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provision of this division (A) shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to general penalty.
(B) Parking of trailer coaches.
(1) The term
TRAILER COACH, as used in this division (B), shall mean any vehicle used or so constructed as to permit its being used as a conveyance upon the public streets or highways and constructed in such a manner as will permit occupancy thereof as a dwelling or sleeping place for one or more persons.
(2) Other than in areas specifically designated by the town, no person shall occupy or allow occupancy of any trailer coach parked on any public street, alley, park, or way of the town.
(3) No person shall allow occupancy of any trailer coach on private property for more than 14 consecutive days or more than a total of 30 days in any one calendar year.

(A) General restrictions.
(1) Every truck with a body past the cab longer than nine feet or wider than eight feet, or with a chassis of more than 137 inch wheel base shall not park on any residential street, or in the central business district on any street. For purposes of this division (A), the term
BODY shall mean that portion of a truck which extends to the rear of the cab of the truck.
(2) Any person violating the terms of this division (A) shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished in accordance with the general penalty provisions found in § 1-4-1.
(B) Trucks carrying explosive commodities. No truck or transport, either empty or loaded, used for transporting crude oil or any of its derivatives, or any other explosive substance shall be parked in an area within the limits of the town, except on North 3rd Street from Madison Avenue to Lincoln Avenue and on the Plaza, which is that street immediately north of the Union Pacific Depot and running from Lincoln Avenue to Union Avenue.

Any violation of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor subject to the penalty provisions in § 1-4-1.
