§ 7-4-15 MOBILE HOMES AND TRAILER COACHES.
   (A)   Parking of mobile homes prohibited.
      (1)   No mobile home shall be parked on any street, alley, or lot within the town for a period in excess of two hours, except in the zones where authorized by the zoning title of this code, as amended.
      (2)   Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provision of this division (A) shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to general penalty.
   (B)   Parking of trailer coaches.
      (1)   The term TRAILER COACH, as used in this division (B), shall mean any vehicle used or so constructed as to permit its being used as a conveyance upon the public streets or highways and constructed in such a manner as will permit occupancy thereof as a dwelling or sleeping place for one or more persons.
      (2)   Other than in areas specifically designated by the town, no person shall occupy or allow occupancy of any trailer coach parked on any public street, alley, park, or way of the town.
      (3)   No person shall allow occupancy of any trailer coach on private property for more than 14 consecutive days or more than a total of 30 days in any one calendar year.
