§ 7-4-16 TRUCK PARKING.
   (A)   General restrictions.
      (1)   Every truck with a body past the cab longer than nine feet or wider than eight feet, or with a chassis of more than 137 inch wheel base shall not park on any residential street, or in the central business district on any street. For purposes of this division (A), the term BODY shall mean that portion of a truck which extends to the rear of the cab of the truck.
      (2)   Any person violating the terms of this division (A) shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished in accordance with the general penalty provisions found in § 1-4-1.
   (B)   Trucks carrying explosive commodities. No truck or transport, either empty or loaded, used for transporting crude oil or any of its derivatives, or any other explosive substance shall be parked in an area within the limits of the town, except on North 3rd Street from Madison Avenue to Lincoln Avenue and on the Plaza, which is that street immediately north of the Union Pacific Depot and running from Lincoln Avenue to Union Avenue.
