No owner, manager, or employee of any garage, salesroom, shop, or other place of business shall permit any vehicle, whether it is stock in trade or left for safekeeping, repair, or storage, to be or remain in or upon any alley, street, or sidewalk, or in any space between the street and the property line adjacent to, in front of, or beside any premises in the town.
