The Town hereby adopts all of the following Uniform Codes as applicable Building Codes for the Town: all applicable portions of the 1994 Uniform Building Code, 1994 Uniform Building Code Standards, 1994 Uniform Plumbing Code, 1994 Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, 1994 Uniform Fire Code, 1994 Uniform Administrative Code, and 1994 Uniform Mechanical Code, together with all supplements and appendices to the stated codes.
