7-1-1: TOWN BUILDING INSPECTOR:
Commencing on February 3, 1998, the Town shall retain or employ, at the Board's discretion, a qualified person to perform building inspections, and other enumerated enforcement duties and administrative functions as may be set forth or required by the Board, related to the building regulations as set forth herein. Such person shall have the qualifications, education, and experience necessary to perform the duties required by the Board. Any written agreement entered into by the Town and the person retained or employed by the Town, as Town building inspector, shall provide for annual review and shall be available for inspection at the Office of the Town Clerk.
