It shall be the duty of any person wishing to construct, improve, remodel, modify, repair, demolish, add to, enlarge, or otherwise improve or alter any structure, foundation, deck, patio, carport, garage, outbuilding, shed, or other improvement to first obtain a permit from the Town and to pay the prescribed fee for such permit. Such person shall also comply with all inspection scheduling, and shall complete or file with his or her application for permit such blueprints, plans, or other documentation as may be required by the Town or the building inspector to compute the permit fee. The Town may, by resolution, establish from time to time such application requirements, as the Board deems necessary for the efficient administration of the requirements set forth herein. Such requirements or regulations shall be available for inspection during reasonable business hours at the Office of the Town Clerk. (Ord. 207, 2-3-1998; amd. Res. 90-1998, 10-6-1998)
