(A) Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter, for which another penalty is not provided, or fail to comply with any order made by the Building Inspector, shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $500. Each day that any violation or failure continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
(B) Whoever violates § 95.02(A) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
