§ 95.45  FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH RULES AND SPECIFICATIONS.
   In case any cement contractor shall fail to comply with the rules and specifications governing any sidewalk construction or repair undertaken by him, the City Manager shall be authorized to direct the Zoning Enforcement Officer (or designee) to revoke the license of that contractor.
