911.12 TAMPERING WITH FIRE HYDRANTS.

No person, other than a duly authorized representative of the City, shall tamper with or turn on a fire hydrant or water valve for any purpose, without obtaining the consent of the Utilities Director. Whosoever violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
