(a) For tap-ins to City water lines inside the Municipal corporation, the tap-in fee shall be a sum equal to the costs of labor, material, equipment rental and administrative services for installing and making the tap-in.
(b) For tap-ins outside the City, the fee shall be double that for the charge inside the City.
(c) In addition to the above charges, the street opening fee provided for in Chapter 901 shall be charged where applicable.
