§ 151.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Anyone willfully violating the provisions of § 151.06 of this chapter shall incur a civil penalty if the citation is not contested of $75 for a first offense, $150 for a second offense, and $300 for a third or greater offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day on which a violation occurs or continues.
      (2)   If the citation is contested, the maximum civil penalty for a first offense is $150, for a second offense $300, and $600 for a third or greater offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day on which a violation occurs or continues.
   (C)   (1)   Any person violating the provisions of § 151.07(D) of this chapter shall be guilty of a civil violation and shall be subject to a civil fine as set out in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
      (2)   Procedures regarding issuance of a citation and hearing before the Code Enforcement Board and appeals shall be governed by §§ 31.15 through 31.29 of this code of ordinances.
   (D)   Failure of any party to obtain any permit required under §§ 151.20 through 151.25 of this chapter shall be punishable by a criminal fine equal to the amount of the required permit cost. Each day a violation of § 151.25 of this chapter occurs shall be construed to be a separate offense.

   (E)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 151.60 through 151.64 of this chapter shall be subject to a fine in an amount not less than $10, nor more than $100, or imprisonment for not more than 50 days, or both.
