The Kentucky Building Code, as promulgated in 815 KAR 7:120 by the state’s Board of Housing, Buildings and Construction, is hereby adopted in full as if set out at length herein. A copy of the Kentucky Building Code together with a copy of all other regulations or NFPA pamphlets adopted or referred to thereunder is in the office of the City Clerk. The City Clerk shall at all times keep a copy of the Building Code for reference.
