(A) No person shall erect or maintain any sign, poster, document, leaflet or other communication in or on the public right-of-ways and thoroughfares of the city or upon any of the city’s franchisee’s electrical, telephonic or cable property (for example, telephone/electric poles) unless specifically authorized herein.
(B) Each violation of this section shall constitute a civil offense.
