(A) School bus loading zones. The following areas, being adjacent to the curb and sidewalk along the designated streets, are declared to be school bus loading zones, and when so marked, by appropriate paintings on the surface of the areas so designated, and by the posting of signs thereby, it shall be unlawful for the driver or operator of any motor vehicle, other than a school bus, to park the same, or to cause the same to be parked or remain standing, on, upon, or within a school bus loading zone at any time between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (current time) during any normal school day. The school bus loading zones are specifically designated as follows.

(B) Freight, patient, and merchandise loading zones. Loading zones are authorized at the following specific locations, where the parking of motor vehicles shall be prohibited, and these areas may be used only, temporarily, for the loading or unloading of freight, merchandise, or patients.
