(C) Temporary non-passenger vehicle parking.
(1) No person driving any truck tractor, farm tractor, road truck, other than a pick-up or panel truck, or any bus, school bus, or any other type of motor vehicle other than that which is commonly defined as a passenger vehicle (the definition to be that included in the Uniform Act Regulating Traffic on Highways, being I.C. 9-21-1-1 et seq.) shall stop, stand, or park, or cause to stop, stand, or park, any of these vehicles within any municipal parking lot.
