   (A)   Ten-minute parking. It shall be unlawful for any person to park or permit to remain standing, any motor vehicle in the same place, for more than ten minutes, on any portion of the following areas.

No more than two parking spaces on each block may be designated under this division and signage shall be installed accordingly. If the business requesting the time limited parking designation closes or moves its location then the designation shall lapse and the space shall revert to a two-hour parking designation

This division applies only to vehicles parked or standing on the city streets in the specifically designated areas on Monday through Friday, from the hour of 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
