Within any Multiple Dwelling District, no building or premises shall be erected, used, arranged or designed to be used, in whole or in part, for other than one or more of the following specified uses:
(a) Any use permitted in a First Residential District and a Second Residential District contiguous to any part of such Multiple Dwelling District, but subject to all conditions contained in this Zoning Code relating to First Residential Districts or Second Residential Districts.
(b) Multiple dwellings.
(c) Boarding houses which rent rooms or lodging on a weekly basis or serve meals for remuneration to not more than four persons.
