Within the Air Service Districts all buildings and premises shall conform to the First Residential District regulations and restrictions, except that the following structures and buildings may be erected:
(a) Steel towers for broadcasting purposes not in excess of the height of five hundred (500) feet.
(b) Buildings to house the necessary broadcasting equipment and appurtenances.
Such towers shall be erected and located on the premises of the user, so that they will be a reasonably safe distance from the existing dwellings of adjacent property owners, as determined by the Engineer.
