965.01 PERMITTED USES.

   Within any Second Residential District, no building or premises shall be erected, used, arranged or designed to be used in whole or in part for other than one or more of the following specified uses:

   (a)    Any use permitted in a First Residential District contiguous to any part of such Second Residential District, but subject to all conditions in this Zoning Code relating to First Residential Districts.

   (b)    Two-family dwellings.

965.02 ACCESSORY USES AND BUILDINGS. (REPEALED)
