18.64.120: VIOLATIONS:
   A.   It is unlawful for the owner of a building or structure to violate the provisions of this chapter. Each day a violation occurs shall be a separate offense.
   B.   Violation of the provisions of this chapter is punishable as a class B misdemeanor or by imposing a civil penalty as provided in Section 21A.20.010 et seq., of this code. (Ord. 53-20, 2020)
