The provisions of chapter 17.75 of this title through this chapter are hereby declared to be severable. If any provision, clause, sentence, or paragraph of chapter 17.75 of this title through this chapter, or the application thereof to any person, establishment or circumstance shall be held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other provisions or application of chapter 17.75 of this title through this chapter.
