Any person or group desiring to reserve picnic facilities shall pay the fee shown on the Salt Lake City consolidated fee schedule for the use of such facilities. The public utilities advisory committee and the director shall submit a proposed fee to the city council. The city council may consider including such proposed fee on the Salt Lake City consolidated fee schedule. (Ord. 46-16, 2016)
