14.38.170: PENALTIES:
Any violation of this chapter shall constitute a civil violation and shall be handled as provided by title 2, chapter 2.75 of this code. The civil penalty for each such civil violation shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00). Three (3) or more civil violations within a one year period shall constitute a misdemeanor. (Ord. 43-10, 2010)
