14.36.130: CONCENTRATION OF PUBLICATIONS:
No more than eight (8) news racks on any block may dispense the same publication. No more than three (3) news racks on any block face may dispense the same publication. News racks placed within thirty feet (30') of an intersection shall be counted in the total allowed for each block face, measured from the centerlines of two (2) intersecting sidewalks.
